Banking Center Manager, 14131 Midway Road Dallas, TX
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years branch experience in management capacity
- Thorough knowledge of bank and branch operations, customer service and sales
- Knowledge of bank products and services
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and leadership skills
- Must be a problem-solver and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient knowledge of computers and internet
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational issues including automation and equipment needs, workflow, transaction integrity and transportation to processor
- Maintain a properly trained staff and provide guidance, support and backup to team members
- Maximize the growth and profitability of the branch through direct calling efforts, cross-selling and assisting commercial officers with sales calls
- Maintain proper security with the banking center to protect personnel and bank assets
- Assure a customer friendly atmosphere
- Maintain regulatory compliance, adherence to policies and procedures and maintain proper controls
